Good questions

Frequently

asked.

Everything travelers ask before they book. If it's not here, just ask us.

01How do I book a seat?

Pick a trip, choose a departure and a room type, then fill in the traveler form. Seats are held while you complete it. Once you submit, we confirm your place and follow up with payment details.

02Why do you ask for a national ID or passport copy?

Hotels, camps and national parks in Egypt require guest identification before we arrive. We store it securely, use it only for your booking, and never share it with anyone else.

03How are rooms priced?

Per person, by occupancy. Sharing a room costs less per head than a single, because the room cost is split. The price you see on a room type is what each traveler in it pays.

04Can two people in the same room choose different add-ons?

Yes. Add-ons like diving or skydiving are chosen per traveler, not per booking. One of you can jump out of a plane while the other reads on the beach.

05What happens if a trip sells out while I am booking?

It cannot. Your seats are held the moment you start checkout, and the counter decrements in a single transaction, so a departure never oversells.

06What is included in the price?

Every trip page lists exactly what is included under the What is Included tab: transport, meals, guides, permits and equipment. If it is not listed, assume it is not included, and just ask us.

07Do you run private or custom trips?

Often. Tell us where you want to go, roughly when and who is coming, using the form on the support page. We will come back with a plan and a price.

08How many people are on a trip?

Small groups, always. Every departure has a hard cap shown on the trip page, usually between 12 and 24 travelers.

Still stuck?

We answer every message, usually the same day.
